ALL RESERVATIONS REQUIRE A DEPOSIT
(check, cash or money order) equal to a one-night site charge. Deposits should be sent within one week of making the reservation.  Reservations for which a deposit has not been made are not guaranteed and will be released at 3:30 P.M. on the scheduled day of arrival if not paid in full by that time.

RESERVATIONS GUARANTEED
by check, cash, or money order will not be refunded unless the reservation is canceled prior to 1:00 P.M. on the scheduled date of arrival.

EARLY DEPARTURE
In the event you have to depart prior to the expiration of your stay, you may receive a credit coupon for any full days not used.  We do not give cash refunds.

ALL QUOTED PRICES
are for a maximum of two (2) adults and two (2) children.  You will be charged a fee of $2.00 per day for each additional adult and/or child.
